If you need assistance with the app, administrator access, channel selection, playback, or viewing limits, email us at limittedtube@gmail.com.
Please include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send your password or password-reset code.
Password Reset
Open the Admin Area, select Forgot Password, and enter the administrator email address. A one-time code will be sent by email. If it does not arrive, check the spam or junk folder.
Video Availability
Videos are provided by YouTube and may become unavailable because of channel-owner changes, regional restrictions, network conditions, or YouTube policies.
